You can check the status of your Gear Store order by logging into the My Orders page.
ORDER STATUS MESSAGES
- Processing—The order is being processed.
- Canceled/Closed—The order has been canceled and will not ship.
- Complete—The order has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped. You should receive a tracking number for your order once it ships.
Note: Authenticator orders shipped in the continental United States are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will not have a tracking number.
